This project is to built my own home, and be a contractor for my self. each step of the home building process in non-technical, easily understood language, helping readers avoid the pitfalls that plague general contractors, even experienced ones. We will learn how to develop house plans, establish schedules, select good building-workers, identify cost saving options, negotiate, estimate building costs, purchase materials and supplies, and much more. 2'nd Floor The important thing to know when you begin building your home is what the steps are in the building process. Try purchasing a book that outlined the steps and discussed home building in detail. Once you understand what the steps are to building a house, you'll need to hire building-workers for each step, order materials and have them delivered, and be there to supervise the whole process. If you live in the area where your home is to be built, you may know some of these building-work

This Building Designed is not only with affordable, but also healthy, safe, eco-friendly to live. The design have a substantial impact on health, safety and quality of life. The involvement of Developers in decision making processes should give the control for its own living environment in their Building that they made.
